AI content & social engine

Turn one idea into a full week of posts, captions and a short-form video script — in a single pass. One prompt, five platforms, zero blank pages. Copy it below and run it right now.

The problem

Posting is the easy part. Deciding what to post isn't.

You know you should be posting every day. But sitting down to actually do it means a blank caption box, a dead scroll for "inspiration," and an hour gone before you've written a single line worth publishing.

So it slips. You post twice this week, nothing next week, and your feed looks abandoned — which is the one thing that quietly kills trust with a buyer checking you out.

The fix isn't more willpower. It's a system that turns one good idea into a whole week of content in a few minutes — so the hard part is done before you ever open the app.

Blank-page paralysis. Every post starts from zero.

Same voice, every platform. A LinkedIn post pasted to Instagram reads wrong.

No hook. The first line decides everything — and it's usually the weakest.

Feast or famine. Ten posts one day, silence the next.

The prompt

One prompt. A week of content.

Fill in the amber [brackets], paste it into any AI, and you'll get a full 7-day content plan built around a single idea. Reuse it every week — only the topic changes.

content-engine.prompt
You are my senior content strategist and copywriter. You write like a sharp human, not a brand robot — no clichés, no "in today's fast-paced world," no emoji soup.

MY BUSINESS
- What I do: [e.g. I run a home-cleaning service in Dubai]
- Who I sell to: [e.g. busy families & working professionals]
- My vibe / voice: [e.g. warm, reassuring, a little witty]
- The one action I want: [e.g. book a first clean via WhatsApp]

THIS WEEK'S ONE IDEA
[Drop ONE idea, tip, offer, story or question here. Just one.]

YOUR TASK
Turn that single idea into a full week (7 days) of content. For EACH day give me:

1. HOOK — the scroll-stopping first line (under 12 words). Make me want to read on.
2. POST — the caption, written for the platform below, 40–120 words, in MY voice.
3. FORMAT — what to actually make (carousel / reel / single image / text) + a one-line shot or slide idea.
4. CTA — a soft call to action that points to the one action above.
5. 3 HASHTAGS — specific, not generic (#DubaiHomeCleaning, not #love).

Vary the ANGLE across the 7 days so it never feels repetitive. Rotate through:
Day 1 relatable problem · Day 2 quick how-to · Day 3 behind-the-scenes · Day 4 myth vs truth ·
Day 5 client win or proof · Day 6 bold opinion · Day 7 direct offer.

Write everything for [Instagram] as the primary platform. Keep it native to that feed.

THEN, AT THE END, ADD:
A) REPURPOSE — how to reshape Day 2 and Day 5 for [LinkedIn / TikTok / Facebook] in that platform's voice.
B) SHORT-FORM SCRIPT — a 30-second reel/TikTok script for the single strongest idea of the week:
on-screen hook, 3 quick spoken beats, and a closing line + CTA. Mark the shots.
C) A one-line note on the best day/time to post each piece for my audience.

Ask me nothing first — make smart assumptions from what I gave you and start. If a bracket is empty, pick a sensible default and flag it in one line at the top.
Tip: keep the filled-in version saved. Next week, swap only "THIS WEEK'S ONE IDEA" and run it again.
How to use it

Three steps, about five minutes

1

Fill the brackets

Copy the prompt and replace every [amber bracket] with your real details. Be specific — "busy Dubai families" beats "everyone." The more concrete your inputs, the sharper the output. This takes two minutes and you only do it once; after that the setup is reusable.

2

Drop in one idea and run it

Paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini with a single idea for the week — a tip, an offer, a customer question, a strong opinion. Hit enter. In seconds you'll have seven days of posts, captions, formats, hashtags and a reel script laid out day by day.

3

Skim, tweak, schedule

Read it like an editor, not a robot — keep the lines that sound like you, rewrite the two or three that don't, then drop them into your scheduler or post as you go. Ask the AI to "make Day 4 punchier" or "give me 3 more hooks" and it'll iterate instantly.
