AI sales outreach & follow-ups

Personalized cold messages that don't read like a template — plus a three-touch follow-up sequence that actually books replies. One prompt. Paste your prospect, get the whole thread.

The problem

"Just following up" doesn't book meetings

Most outreach dies for two reasons: the first message is obviously a blast, and the follow-ups add nothing — they just say "bumping this." Prospects can smell both. The fix isn't writing more; it's writing messages that sound like one specific human wrote them for one specific person, then following up with a new angle each time instead of a nag.

✕ What most people send

"Hi {FirstName}, I hope this email finds you well! I wanted to reach out because we help companies like yours grow. Do you have 15 minutes this week?" — deleted in two seconds.

✓ What this prompt writes

A message that opens with something true about their business, ties it to one concrete outcome, and asks for a reply — not a meeting. Then three follow-ups that each bring a fresh reason to respond.

The prompt

Copy this. Fill the brackets. Send.

Fill in the [bracketed] parts and paste it into any AI. It writes a personalized first message plus a full three-touch follow-up sequence, spaced and angled so you're never just "checking in."

◈ Sales outreach + follow-up sequence
You are a senior B2B sales copywriter who consistently books replies with cold outreach. You write like a sharp human, never like a marketer. No hype, no "I hope this finds you well," no buzzwords.

# WHAT I SELL
- Product/service: [what you sell in one plain sentence]
- The one outcome I deliver: [the concrete result a client gets — e.g. "cut invoice processing from 3 days to 3 hours"]
- Proof I can point to: [a real result, client type, or number — or write "none yet"]
- Price / model: [e.g. $X/mo, one-time, retainer — or "skip pricing"]

# WHO I'M WRITING TO
- Name & role: [First name, job title]
- Company: [company name + what they do in a few words]
- Something specific & true about them: [a recent post, launch, job opening, review, or pain point I noticed — the more specific the better]
- Where this sends: [cold email / LinkedIn DM / WhatsApp]

# RULES
1. Reference the specific, true detail about THEM in the first line. Never open with "I."
2. One idea per message. Connect what I sell to ONE outcome that matters to their role.
3. Short. First message under 90 words. Follow-ups under 60.
4. The call-to-action asks for a reply or a yes/no — never "book 15 minutes" on the first touch.
5. Plain, confident, human. Read it out loud — if it sounds like a brochure, rewrite it.
6. No fake urgency, no flattery, no made-up stats.

# DELIVER
Write a 4-message sequence I can send as-is:

**Message 1 — First touch (day 0):** the personalized opener.
**Message 2 — Follow-up (day 3):** a NEW angle — a quick insight, resource, or a different outcome. Do not say "just following up."
**Message 3 — Follow-up (day 7):** social proof or a specific mini-case, kept short.
**Message 4 — Breakup (day 12):** a graceful "I'll stop here" that leaves the door open and often gets the highest reply rate.

For each message give me: a subject line (if email), the message body, and a one-line note on WHY it works.

Then give me 2 alternative subject lines for Message 1 and one tip to personalize this further.

Tip: the "something specific & true about them" line is doing 80% of the work. Spend 30 seconds on their site or LinkedIn and paste one real detail — that's the difference between a reply and the trash.

How to use it

Three steps

1

Fill in the brackets

Copy the prompt and replace every [bracketed] field — what you sell, the outcome, and one true, specific detail about the prospect. Skip nothing; the specifics are what make it land.

2

Paste it into your AI

Drop the whole thing into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and send. In seconds you get all four messages — first touch plus three follow-ups — with subject lines and a note on why each one works.

3

Tune one line, then send

Read message one out loud. If a phrase sounds like you, keep it; if it sounds like a brochure, tell the AI "make line two sound more like me" and regenerate. Then send touch one and schedule the rest on days 3, 7, and 12.

What you'll get

A ready-to-send thread, not a paragraph

✍️

A personalized first message

Under 90 words, opening on something true about them, tied to one outcome — with two alternate subject lines to A/B test.

🔁

Three real follow-ups

Days 3, 7, and 12 — each a fresh angle (insight, mini-case, graceful breakup), never a "just bumping this."

🎯

The "why it works" note

Every message comes with a one-line reason it lands — so you learn the pattern and can write your own next time.

📨

Reply-first CTAs

Asks that lower the bar — a yes/no or a quick reply instead of "book a call" — which is what actually gets responses cold.

A taste of the output
MESSAGE 1 · DAY 0 · SUBJECT: your new Riyadh location
Saw you just opened the Riyadh clinic — congrats. New locations usually mean the front desk drowns in "are you open / do you take walk-ins" messages for the first month. We answer those instantly on WhatsApp so your team can focus on the people actually in the room. Worth a quick look, or is reception already handling it fine?
MESSAGE 2 · DAY 3 · NEW ANGLE
Quick one — the clinics that handle this well set up three canned answers before opening week, not after. Happy to send the exact three we see convert best, no strings. Want them?
MESSAGE 4 · DAY 12 · BREAKUP
I'll stop here so I'm not cluttering your inbox during a launch. If front-desk messages ever become the bottleneck, just reply "now" and I'll pick it back up. Good luck with the opening.
